Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 12 weeks unless otherwise specified. I do my very best to ship each and every order within the 12 week timeline, however I am a single person and sometimes life happens. Shipping estimates are a guideline, NOT a guarantee.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We currently charge a flat rate for domestic and international shipping

*Once packages are with the carrier, we can no longer make changes to address, etc.*

Delivery delays can occasionally occur within the shipping network. We hold no responsibility for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Poppy’s Book Bindery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

I strive to ship each and every order with extreme care to help avoid damage happening during shipment, however, Poppy’s Book Bindery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please email us immediately as well as to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. All orders are sent with insurance.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
