As each item is custom created, we have a zero return policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, due to the nature of each item being individually made, slight imperfections and variations are normal and only add to each books unique design.
